Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy

 

Beyond Physique (OPC) Private Limited’s (the “Company”) return, refund and cancellation policies are referred to in the Terms and Conditions. This policy will cover returns, refunds, cancellations and exchanges made by the Company and the Customer.

Capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall have the same meaning as ascribed to such terms under the Terms and Conditions.

 

CANCELLATION

The Customer may only cancel any order before the Products have been shipped by the Company. In order to place a cancellation request, customer shall drop an email to support@beyondphysique.co.in

RETURN POLICY

  • Any and all products, merchandise and items to be returned for exchange, store credit or refund will only be accepted if the said products, merchandise and items (“Products”) have the original tags attached to them, are unused and in sellable condition and accompanied by the invoice, proof of delivery and statement of reasons for the return. Any return/refund/exchange of Products shall be initiated by the Customer within fourteen (14) days of the purchase.
  • The Company has set out below the steps to be undertaken by the Customer to successfully return the Products:

1. Start a Return/Refund/Exchange

The Customer shall use the ‘Return/Exchange’ option on the Policies section of the website at the footer to initiate the return/exchange process. The Customer will be required to provide the following information to successfully initiate the return:

  • Order identification number;
  • Email address and mobile linked to your online order;
    • Details of the return (i.e. reasons for return, supporting photographs are must); and
    • Date of Delivery.

    The Customer shall be required to provide the above information requested to the Company to initiate any Return, Exchange or Refund.

    2. Confirmation Email

    Upon filing the request, please note that the Company shall review the information. The Company will, within a period of 48 hours from the submission of the request send a confirmation email to confirm your request has been initiated. The email will set out the date and time of the return/exchange.

    3. Product Packaging

    To complete the return, the Customer is required to place the Products in its original package. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the return/exchange.

    4. Return/Exchange Timelines

    The return/exchange will be completed within a period of 7 days from the date of the confirmation email. If for any reason attributable to the Customer, the return/exchange is not completed within 7 days, the Company shall not be liable for the return of the package.

    Our delivery executive shall visit the address to initiate the return/exchange. You are requested to handover the said Products to the delivery executive.

    ONLINE PROCESSING, REFUNDS, AND EXCHANGES

    Refund to Original Form of Payment

    • The Company will process the return/exchange within a period of 2-4 business days once the returned Products are received. The Company will send an email once the processing of the Products has been completed.
    • In the event the Customer has requested a refund, the Company may refund the listed price of the Products excluding the shipping charges.
    • The Customer is hereby notified that the refund may be dependent on the processing time of the banks and may reflect in the customer’s bank account upon completion of two billing cycles.

      Exchanges

      • The Company will process the exchange within a period of 2-4 business days once the returned Products are received. The Company will ship the Products to the address specified by the Customer with a new unique order number and email confirming the details of the delivery.
      • The Customer is hereby notified that the exchanged product should be received by the Customer within a period of 14 days.

        Limitation of Liability

        • In no event shall Company or its affiliates be liable for any special, punitive, exemplary, direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business, loss of revenue or profits, business interruption, or loss of data) arising out of or in connection with this refund policy or the subject matter hereof.
        • In any event, if Company should be held liable for any damages, the entire liability of Company (including its affiliates) with respect to its obligations under this policy or otherwise, for any reason and upon any cause of action (and whether based in contract, strict liability, negligence or otherwise) shall not exceed, net value of the Product in question. The limitations of liability in this policy shall survive even if any exclusive or limited remedies provided in this policy should fail of their essential purpose.
          • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Company and its affiliates, and each of their officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, licensees and employees (each, an “Indemnified Party“), from and against any and all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, actions, lawsuits and other proceedings, judgments and awards, and costs and expenses (including, without limitation, court costs and reasonable attorneys’ and consultancy fees), arising directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, out of: (a) your use of the Products and services of the Company; or (b) your negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct.
